I Agree to the Mr. S Leather Return, Exchange & Terms Policy:
We pride ourselves on supplying the very best quality available. Should any item be defective in workmanship, it will gladly be exchanged or repaired. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, a store credit will be issued on items returned in new and unused condition for any reason at any time. All we ask is that you please contact us before sending in a return so we may issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) just so we know what to do with your package when we receive it.
Due to the nature of Dildos, Pin-Prick pieces, Custom or Made-to- Measure products, Hemmed Chaps or Jeans, or otherwise altered clothing, all sales of these items will be considered final. Please check sizes or other requirements carefully when ordering.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES:
The foregoing is the sole warranty for Mr. S products. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, Mr. S hereby disclaims any implied warranty that the products will be merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. Mr. S’s liability and customer’s exclusive remedy under the foregoing warranty will be limited to replacement of the product by Mr. S. The warranties above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event will Mr. S be responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Mr. S Product, or based on any breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory. Such excluded damages may include without limitation, loss of saving or revenue; loss of profit; loss of use; the claims of third parties, including without limitation retailers; any cost of any substitute equipment or services. In no event shall any liability of Mr. S exceed the purchase price of the Mr. S Product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The Warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
