Item isn't what you wanted or expected? Simply return your gear for any reason within 60 days for a refund. Your experience is our #1 priority and we want you to love your new gear.

If you wish to exchange your item, please place a new order for the desired product and send your original item in for a full refund.

Please include your name, order number, and email address when sending packages along with a note of your request (refund, repair, etc). Refunds without original order information will be given as Store Credit. We recommend sending your return to us with a carrier that provides tracking to confirm delivery.

Please allow several days after your return arrives for us to process the transaction. Refunds typically appear back on your credit card within a few business days following our processing. Refunds to Store Credit are available immediately after we process the return.

All merchandise we carry will be replaced or repaired for a minimum of one year should there be any manufacturer defect. If you need to have your item repaired or replaced, please reach us at help@leatherstripper.com so we can assist you with the best solution.
